DO YOU HAVE AN OFFICE?

No. We currently provide only a mobile psychology service.
This means we will come to your home or when arranged a school or workplace setting.

DO YOU CHARGE A CANCELLATION FEE?

We set aside time for your appointment including our own travel time to meet you at your home.

We require at least 24 hour notice in order to cancel or reschedule an appointment.


The cancellation fee is 100% of the full appointment fee for less than 24 hours notice. In the case of bulk-billed clients they will need to pay the current rebate amount of approx. $110.

This fee needs to be paid in full before the client's next session.

There are no cancellation fees for appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours notice.

WHAT IS A MENTAL HEALTH TREATMENT PLAN?

To be completed in collaboration with your GP. A Mental Health Treatment Plan is a document that entitles you to be eligible for Medicare rebated psychological treatment sessions. Clients will receive an initial 6 sessions from their GP with the option to review and provide 4 more sessions within a calendar year.

DO I NEED A REFERRAL?

No. You can self-refer via this website. People who are not under a Mental Health Care Plan will pay the full fee of $160 per 50 minute session without a Medicare rebate. You are not limited to 10 calendar sessions through this option.

DO YOU OFFER BULK BILLING?

We offer a limited number of bulk billed appointments.To be eligible for bulk billing you will require a valid concession card and Mental Health Treatment Plan.Bulk-billed sessions are entirely covered by Medicare. A maximum of 10 calendar sessions per year are available with a review after 6 sessions required with your GP. 

DO YOU PROVIDE SERVICES TO NDIS PARTICIPANTS 

Yes. We come to the homes or schools of all plan or self-managed NDIS participants 

DO YOU PROVIDE ASSESSMENTS?

Our focus is initially on treating clients. We will be offering assessments in the future. We are taking a waitlist for those who are interested in assessment only and will actively inform when we are ready to provide this service
